Ingredients Strawberries Cantaloupe (balled) Honeydew Melon (balled) Watermelon (balled) 200gm Swiss cheese
Methods Soak bamboo kebab sticks in water before making these kebabs, it will lessen the splinters. Simply place the fruit on the skewers in a colourful arrangement. Chill in fridge covered until you are ready to serve. This can be made before hand. Serve on a bed of crushed ice. For a decorative display wet the rim of the plate with your finger and dust with Jell-O (jelly) crystals. This is great for a summer formal barbecue, or as a dessert served with fresh cream and dipping chocolate. |
